Having Trouble Viewing Our Website?

"Page Not Found" Errors

This can normally be resolved by clearing cookies from your browser.

Internet Explorer for Windows

1. From Internet Explorer, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard to bring up the Delete Browsing History window
2. Ensure the Cookies checkbox is selected, and all other checkboxes are not selected
3. Click the Delete button
4. Wait for the Delete Browsing History process to complete
5. Press Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page

1. Click the Tools menu (spanner icon)
2. Select Options
3. Click the Under the Hood tab
4. Click Content settings in the Privacy section
5. On the Cookies tab, click Show cookies and other site data
6. To delete all cookies, click Remove all
7. Click Close for the Cookies and Other Data dialog when you’re done
8. Click Close for the Content Settings dialog when you’re done

1. From Safari, press Command+, on your keyboard to bring up the Safari Preferences window
2. Click the Security icon
3. Click the Show Cookies button
4. In the search box in the top right of the window, type the text cce
5. Click the Remove All button
6. When prompted to confirm your action, click Remove All
7. Click Done
8. Close the preferences window

2. Click the Privacy icon
3. Click remove individual cookies
4. In the search box, type the text cce
5. Select all the cookies that appear with the URL cce.usyd.edu.au
6. Click the Remove Cookies button
7. Close the Cookies window
8. Close the Firefox Preferences window
