Having Trouble Viewing Our Website?
"Page Not Found" Errors
This can normally be resolved by clearing cookies from your browser.
Internet Explorer for Windows
- From Internet Explorer, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard to bring up the Delete Browsing History window
- Ensure the Cookies checkbox is selected, and all other checkboxes are not selected
- Click the Delete button
- Wait for the Delete Browsing History process to complete
- Press Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page
Chrome for Windows
- Click the Tools menu (spanner icon)
- Select Options
- Click the Under the Hood tab
- Click Content settings in the Privacy section
- On the Cookies tab, click Show cookies and other site data
- To delete all cookies, click Remove all
- Click Close for the Cookies and Other Data dialog when you’re done
- Click Close for the Content Settings dialog when you’re done
Safari for Mac
- From Safari, press Command+, on your keyboard to bring up the Safari Preferences window
- Click the Security icon
- Click the Show Cookies button
- In the search box in the top right of the window, type the text cce
- Click the Remove All button
- When prompted to confirm your action, click Remove All
- Click Done
- Close the preferences window
Firefox for Mac
- From Firefox, press Command+, on your keyboard to bring up the Firefox Preferences window
- Click the Privacy icon
- Click remove individual cookies
- In the search box, type the text cce
- Select all the cookies that appear with the URL cce.usyd.edu.au
- Click the Remove Cookies button
- Close the Cookies window
- Close the Firefox Preferences window
