This course is for business leaders who have a team or organisation to lead and inspire. You’ll gain leader identity development and visual, vocal, verbal and think-on-your-feet skills to inspire your people to take action. Develop your understanding and skill in carrying yourself like a leader, in sounding like a leader, and in crafting and delivering simple messages. We’ll also discuss ‘environment versatility’ - how to listen, speak and present in very informal to very formal environments.

- Every interaction forms an impression and a potential for loss or gain.
- You are always teaching people how to treat and interact with you.
- The key under-ultilised listening technique
- ‘Owning and occupying’ a room
- Developing a voice that 'sells'
- Message stickiness
- The ‘think on your feet’ system
Course Delivery
Seminar/workshop
This course is one of a trilogy of courses that Michael Kelly conducts for CCE. It repeats the core principles and reinforces the content of the courses: ‘Plan and Deliver Memorable Presentations’ and ‘Listen and Speak Under Pressure’. However, the focus of this course is helping participants be perceived as a leader in any type of communication interaction, from one on one through to group interactions and presentations.

- An improved identity as a person who is a leader
- Attentive and connected listening skills
- A visual leadership image
- Skills in mastering the voice to use, for the specfic action/feeling you want
- Message development/crafting skills for simple messages delivered impromtu.
