This is the third course of the first year Latin program and is suitable for those who have completed all levels up to 102 or 45 hours of recent face to face tuition. Latin 202 is suitable for those who have completed all levels up to 201 or who have completed 120 hours of recent face to face tuition. Latin Plus
This advanced class will examine a number of ancient texts, focusing on grammatical constructions and an understanding of the selected texts within their cultural and historical perspective. Suitable for This class assumes over 200hrs of recent study. Assessment Certificates of attendance are awarded to those students who have satisfactorily completed at least 75% of a course. Latin Extension
This course aims to deepen an appreciation of Latin through the preparation of short set pieces in English to Latin and Latin to English, and also includes short unseen passages to test comprehension. The readings are wide-ranging, and are designed to provide an enjoyable enhancement of language skills through the revision of vocabulary and grammar.
