Enrolment
Age Restrictions
Courses are generally suitable for anyone aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations
In some instances, courses have to be cancelled. When we cancel a course, we aim to give at least 5 working days notice prior to the scheduled start date. Please check the status of your course on our website just prior to its scheduled start date. We suggest students do not purchase any course materials or commit to any related expenditure until 5 days before your course commences. We are not responsible for any costs of a personal or ancillary nature.
Waiting Lists
You may join a waiting list to be notified when a course becomes available for enrolment. We make every attempt to advise students who join a waiting list if a space becomes available, or if an additional class is scheduled in the same course. Joining a waiting list does not guarantee a place since enrolments are available to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you subsequently enrol in a waitlisted course, we’ll automatically remove you from the waiting list shortly after your enrolment. However, if you wish to manually remove yourself from a waiting list at any time, you may do so through the student portal. Simply log in to the student portal, click the Waiting Lists link in the My Account menu on the left-hand side of the page. From there, you can review and remove your current Waiting List selections.
Personal Belongings
We request that you do not bring valuables with you during your course and ask that you take care of all personal belongings in a responsible manner and do not leave unattended at any time. We cannot assume responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings during your course at any of our venues.
