Cancellation

From time to time, it is necessary for us to cancel a course. If you are enrolled in a course that has been cancelled, we will automatically hold your account with us in credit for the amount you paid at enrolment. Refunds are available on request.

Withdrawal

If you elect to withdraw from a course for any reason, we will hold your account with us in credit for the amount you paid at enrolment, provided that you notify us of your intention to withdraw no less than 5 business days prior to the commencement of your first class. Withdrawal from a course incurs a $50 administration fee which will be deducted from the value of your credit. Withdrawals less than 5 business days prior to the commencement of a course are not eligible to receive a credit. Irrespective of the notification period, no refunds are available.

Using a Credit Note

If your account with us is in credit, when you next enrol by phone (not online) your credit will be automatically applied towards your enrolment.
