Class Rolls
At the beginning of each course, you will be provided with a folder which contains a class roll. The folder will also contain Participant Evaluation Questionnaires, Certificates of Attendance for students and Casual Claim Forms (for teaching staff who elect to be paid via payroll rather than submitting an invoice).
The class roll will contain all student names for enrolments received up to 48 hours before class commencement. Beyond 48 hours, student names may not appear on the class roll, however a notification of any late enrolments will automatically be sent to you by email (and by SMS where a mobile phone number is supplied).
Please keep accurate attendance records as students often request written confirmations of attendance for classes.
You are required to returned the completed class roll immediately after the final class.
