Lindsey is a passionate corporate trainer and facilitator. His ability to translate theoretical knowledge and information quickly and easily into practical application places him in high demand with his clients. While based in Sydney Australia, Lindsey also works internationally in both New Zealand and Germany as a corporate trainer and facilitator.
With over 10 years of experience in training design and delivery, Lindsey offers clients up-to-the-minute training solutions, using the latest thinking technologies and strategies. His innovative training delivery stretches participants and maximises their learning experience.
His advanced knowledge of training design and development coupled with his use of de Bono thinking techniques and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) skills ensures that the material he delivers is actively integrated by participants.
Lindsey has developed and delivered training in a huge range of areas including: effective thinking strategies, state management, relationship selling, customer service, voice care, leadership, effective communication, telemarketing, induction, and both PC and mainframe programs.
A graduate of Auckland University, he holds a degree with a double major in Psychology and Education. Lindsey has also received tuition from some of the world’s most renowned trainers including Dr Edward de Bono, founder of Lateral ThinkingTM; Eric Jensen, teacher of accelerated learning; John Grinder, co-originator of NLP; Dr Steven Gilligan, trainer in Ericksonian Hypnosis.
In addition to being a trainer, Lindsey is also an active opera singer, the skills of which add to his colourful and entertaining presentation style.
